Who We Are

Level 9 is a brand of Infoportal Tech (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. We are responsible for the personal information you share on this website.

What We Collect

When you book a session we ask for your name, company, role, mobile or WhatsApp number, work email, what you would like AI to help with and, if you choose, one task that takes too much time.

We also note how you found us, such as a QR code on a business card, so we know which materials are useful. We do not use advertising trackers. Our site statistics do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Why We Collect It

We use your details only to arrange your session, make it relevant to your business and follow up on what we agreed. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your Consent

We only process your booking after you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

How We Keep It Safe

Your booking goes to a private Google Sheet and one email alert to our team. You need a login to see either one. Only the people who arrange and run your session have that access.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your details for 12 months. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together. Otherwise we delete them after 12 months.

Your Rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
